Overview
We need an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support digital Gas Flow Management solutions across complex, regulated energy infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business processes across gas transmission, storage and terminalling, translating them into clear functional requirements.
- Work in an Agile product team to refine requirements into user stories, supporting sprint planning and delivery.
- Model solutions using UML and BPMN, ensuring alignment with existing application architecture.
- Support the full product lifecycle: workshops, functional design, testing, UAT, documentation and training.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to improve customer‑facing systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support production systems, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
Must‑Have Skills
- Proven ICT / Business Analysis experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
- Strong UML and BPMN modelling skills.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills in English.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience in energy, utilities, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to gas flow, logistics, or large‑scale infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of French or Dutch.
